Elections for Two Seats on the IQN Path Board
The Founding Board of IQN Path has now fulfilled its first term of office and we are now looking for expressions of interest from within the EQA scheme membership to become an IQN Path Executive Board Member for the available seats.
In order to provide continuity with the Board, election of seats for the IQN Path Board can be staggered. In this election, two seats are currently available for election as Han van Krieken and Sandi Deans will step down. Three other Board members Nicola Normano, Etienne Rouleau and Dina Tiniakos will continue serving on the board.
As the Board will now be made up of five representatives, IQN Path is therefore seeking two additional colleagues to join the board. This position will be effective after the Annual General Meeting of IQN Path in May 2018.
If there are more expressions of interest than places available, an online ballot will be held for members to vote. Only one candidate per eligible member will be allowed.
